Its portfolio of land under management is over 160 million m2 in Spain and Latin America. This huge volume makes Bolonia an important agent in the Spanish real estate market.
In its management model, Bolonia replicates Endesa's aims concerning the development of the land and its surroundings via strategies designed to ensure local prosperity in the long-term, aided by conservation and land recovery initiatives, urban developments and the management of natural spaces.
According to analysis and valuations carried out by independent experts, the potential land available to be built on exceeds 1,5 million m2 . The same analysis values this portfolio, in the medium- and long-term, at over Euro 1,5 billion.
